Advent Calendar – Barb Fife

Surprise a small child with a calendar to count down the days until Christmas. Join Barb and make an advent calendar in time to give it the first of December. We will be making one with a train on it to insert candy or coins to mark the days until Christmas. Machine piecing & rotary cutting experience required. Class Fee $40.

Dyeing in the Parking Lot – Kelly Ashton

Have you ever drooled over the richness of hand-dyed fabric and wondered how those fabulous gradations or multi-colored pieces were created? If you have, join Kelly as she guides you through the steps to create your own fabric masterpieces. Fabric dyeing is FUN and COLORFUL! But, beware: it's ADDICTIVE!!! No prior experience necessary. Kit fee: $45. (This kit includes all dyes, materials, and 3 yards of high-quality 58" wide fabric. Additional fabric kits including 1 1/2 yards of 58" wide fabric may be purchased at the time of class for $20 each.) Class fee: $30. ***PLEASE NOTE: The sign-up deadline for this class is September 15 in order to obtain supplies in time for class!
Jazzy Star Puzzle – Jeanne Poore

Pick a spectacular theme fabric and add complimentary colors to create this dramatic quilt. Jeanne guides you through piecing the puzzle. It looks soooo hard but is sooooo easy. Your friends will think you worked extra hard on this one. Machine piecing and rotary cutting experience required. Class Fee $40.


Paper Cuts and Toile – Kathy Delaney
Mon., Sept. 27, Oct., 25, Nov. 15, & Dec. 13 – 6:00-8:30
Join Kathy in this continuing class as she guides you through this new block-of-the-month wall quilt. Begin with a paper cut "snow flake" and finish with appliqué. This dramatic design is fun to complete! We will begin with the 9 blocks of the Prairie Point Block-of-the-Month, but at the end of the year you'll learn to design your own blocks! You may wish to make your quilt larger or create companion pillows. Either way, you'll love your Paper Cuts and Toile! Appliqué experience required. Class Fee $55.
Perfect Presents – Kelly Ashton

This delightful table runner is quick to make and will be a wonderful addition to your holiday home décor. And, it’s so fast and fun, you may decide to make several for holiday gift-giving! Kelly will show you a “short-cut” that will make construction even more care-free. Skill level: confident beginner with rotary cutting skills. Machine piecing and rotary cutting experience required. Pattern Fee $11. Class Fee $35.

Russian Punch Needle Embroidery – Natalie Hutchison
Wed., Oct. 6 – 6:00-8:30
This centuries old needle art creates stunningly beautiful pieces with a richness of texture and color and can be created in only a few hours with relatively few supplies. Small to large pieces can be used for all types of decorative items; such as pillows, basket lids, button covers, purses, framed art, and tote bags. The list is endless. Punch needle is a wonderful take along project that requires very few supplies and is so easy to learn. It is one easy stitch. Come join Natalie and punch your way to fun. Class Fee $20.

Shimmering Leaves – Donna Thomas

Make this cozy table topper or table runner using Donna’s new folded layers technique to make the striped rectangles and leaf stems. Choose colors to match your décor or make one for each of the four seasons. Machine piecing and rotary cutting experience required. Class Fee $40.

Need a quick gift for someone on your holiday gift list? This quilt is the answer! You’ll be amazed at how fast and fun this “crazy quilt” is to make. Tumbling Blocks – Jenise Cantlon

Learn a quick strip piecing method to make this classic pattern. No “Y” seams to fight over, just simple straight seams! We will be making a small crib / baby quilt in this class, 40”x 51”. Basic rotary cutting and sewing skills required. Machine piecing & rotary cutting experience required. Class Fee $35.
